Sharif Adel is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) specialist and researcher with over seven years of experience in humanitarian and development settings. He holds a postgraduate degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. His main areas of expertise include monitoring and evaluation, data quality assurance, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, research, assessments, and impact evaluation. With extensive experience in Yemen and middle east, he has supported and coordinated assessments, evaluations, qualitative research, Data Quality Assessments, and large-scale data management and analysis for humanitarian and development programmes, including work with UN agencies and international NGOs.
