Penny Dutton is a social specialist with 30 years of experience in water supply, sanitation and hygiene projects to support utilities, government, and NGOs across the Asia Pacific region.  Her work experience includes social research, behaviour change communications, gender equity and social inclusion. She has participated in water supply, sanitation and hygiene project planning and implementation, program evaluation, WASH sector reviews, capacity assessments, and development of specific guidance on WASH and Nutrition, and WASH in Healthcare Facilities. Penny has a Masters degree in Social Planning and Development, and a Graduate Certificate in HealthPromotion.
