Elizabeth is an experienced Nutrition Consultant with twenty years of professional and academic experience in the development sector in Myanmar, Haiti, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Ghana and the US. Skilled in nutrition-sensitive project design, social and behavior change methods, management, capacity-strengthening, policy advocacy, coalition building, MEAL and documentary photography. She has a Master of Science (MSc) focused in Food Policy & Nutrition Interventions from Tufts University’s Friedman School of Nutrition. In addition to Dikoda, she has worked or consulted for various institutions including the World Bank, UNOPS, Save the Children International, Catholic Relief Services, Partners in Health/Zamni Lasante, Action Contre La Faim, and the Congressional Hunger Center.
