Rebecca completed a master’s degree in Nutrition for Global Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine last year. Her research at The Nutrition Society on the difficulties of treating iron deficiency anaemia in Sub-Saharan Africa piqued her interest in global nutrition challenges. She believes an interdisciplinary approach is crucial to transforming food systems, which she considers in her research.
